Do not send seed phrases, private keys, PINs, access codes, identity documents or screenshots containing sensitive information. We do not recover funds or provide technical support on behalf of manufacturers.
Product support
Use the manufacturer's official support channel, reached independently. Do not assume that someone who contacts you privately is a legitimate representative. Tangem Helper is not Tangem support.
